Return & Refund Policy
Custom Order Return Policy
All custom products are manufactured exclusively for your order. Please review our policy before purchasing:
- Artwork Approval: Production starts only after your written approval of the proof.
- Cancel Before Production: Allowed, but artwork/setup fees may apply.
- Cancel After Production Starts: Not accepted. No returns, refunds, or cancellations.
- Our Responsibility: We only compensate for defective printing or incorrect merchandise caused by our error. Claims must be submitted with photos within 7 days.
- Not Covered: Buyer-provided errors, change of mind, or incorrect choices.
