Share your detailed requirements including product number, quantity, color, size, logo, packaging and shipping address. We prepare pricing, sampling schedule and production timeline, then send you a formal quotation for confirmation.
Place Order & Make Payment
After you accept the quote, submit your order and pay the deposit via T/T or credit card.
- DDP: Freight & import duties included
- EXW: Freight and destination duties excluded
- CFR / DDU: Ocean freight included, import duties excluded
A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments based on invoice value. Balance payment shall be settled as agreed.
Sample Approval, Production & Shipment
We produce a pre-production sample for your approval before mass production. Once the sample is confirmed, we start bulk production and conduct QC inspection. After inspection, goods will be dispatched. We will send tracking numbers and links for you to track delivery.*Note: All goods are custom-made. Returns are not accepted without valid quality issues.
Goods Receipt & After-sales Support
Please inspect quantity, quality and packaging within 7 working days after delivery. The order is closed once acceptance is confirmed. Reach out to us anytime for after-sales support and feedback.
