Free Virtual Proof
We create a high-quality virtual mockup for your review at no extra cost. You can check logo position, color effect and layout on the product before manufacturing.
Written Approval
You must approve the design draft in writing via email/WhatsApp to ensure all details are correct.
This written confirmation is our official baseline to start production. No verbal confirmation will be accepted.
Mass Production & QC
Once your written approval is received, we launch mass production. Strict quality control will be performed during manufacturing to match your confirmed virtual proof.
- Please double-check your logo, color, and text before written approval. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
- The virtual proof is a digital render for reference only. Minor color difference may exist between screen display and physical goods due to material and printing techniques.
- All customization details are subject to your final written approval. Any disputes caused by unchecked information after written confirmation will be the buyer’s responsibility.
- Lead time will only start counting after we receive your written approval and deposit.
Q1: Is virtual proof free of charge?
A: Yes, we provide free virtual mockup for your customization project.
Q2: Can I modify the design after written approval?
A: No. Once you confirm the draft in writing, production parameters are locked. Any revisions after approval will incur extra costs and delay lead time.
Q3: What counts as valid written approval?
A: Confirmation message sent via email or WhatsApp with clear statement like “I approve this design for production”. Voice message or verbal chat is not valid written approval.
